Every booking shows energy rate, session fees, and any holding fee before you pay. No surprises at the charger.
Holding fees
A small hold secures your bay. Your trust tier influences the amount and how much is refunded if you cancel on time.
Tiered refunds
Cancel 60+ minutes before start for 100% of the holding fee back. Shorter windows return 75%, 50%, or 25%, always shown before you confirm cancellation.
No-shows
Missing a booked slot without cancelling affects your trust score and may forfeit the full hold. Use the waitlist if your preferred time is taken.
