Privacy policy
How EvReserve processes data across the operator console, fleet portal, and mobile applications.
EvReserve is operated by IOBYTE SOLUTIONS LTD as a software platform for charge point operators, fleet managers, and drivers. EvReserve facilitates discovery, reservations and/or payments; physical charging is provided by the CPO. Authentication and account data are processed through the EvReserve API. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data we process
- Account credentials and role assignments (driver, operator, fleet manager, admin)
- Charging session, booking, and payment records
- Station and connector operational telemetry where integrated
- Location data when you use the mobile app or operator geolocation features
Your rights
Drivers can export or delete account data from the EvReserve mobile app (Profile → Privacy). Operators and fleet accounts should contact evreserve@iobytesolutions.com.
